Refund and Exchange

  1. Returns
    • Eligibility: You may return your item within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, undamaged and unused, and in the original packaging. Shipping fees will be deducted from the customer’s end for both delivery and return of the products.
    • Process: Contact us at info@designnavenue.com  with your order number to initiate a return. Once approved, we will provide instructions.
  2. Exchanges
    We offer exchanges if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. To request an exchange, email us within 5 days of receipt with a photo of the item and a description of the issue. 
  3. Refunds
    • Processing: Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear on your original payment method.
    • Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made frames and sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
