Refund and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our refund and exchange policy below.
Returns
You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Please note that shipping fees (both delivery and return) will be deducted from the refund and are the customer’s responsibility.
To start a return, contact us at designnavenue@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item, including a photo and description of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that custom-made frames and sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Photobooks require full upfront payment and are non-refundable.
For “Buy Now, Customize Later” orders, customization must be completed within 90 days. If this period is exceeded and prices have changed, the client will be required to pay the difference.
